Coaching Project for young choreographers:
Choreography and Social Interventions — Choreography and Public Space

The aim of Coaching Project:
offer the possibility of an intense work on your own work with the coherence of the theme “choreography and social interventions – choreography and public space” find the possibilities and reasons of the existence of the choreographic work in non-theatrical places and sites work with two mentors, interesting and inspiring artists and persons, discussing and having direct feedback in the process of creation:

Marold Langer Philippsen (DE), theatre director, playwriter, performer, experimental creator with the accent of a public space (more info: www.sucasnytanec.sk)
Tomáš Žiška (CZ), scenographer, art activist, creator of many site-specific projects, musician, performer (more info: www.mamapapa.cz)

In the framework of the project KoresponDance Europe, the participation of choreographers from Slovakia, Czech Republic, France, Slovakia and Germany will be supported.

Choreographers have the possibility to come and work also with their dancers (max 3 people).

Coaching Project is held in Liptovský Mikuláš in the dates of Summer Dance School, so there is a possibility to work also with the participants of the courses (young non-professional dancers, dance students, etc.) and to take courses.

Number of places limited: max. 4 choreographers from Europe + max 3 dancers of each Travel expenses and accommodation are paid by the organizer.
Artistic fee: 100 Euro (the cost is calculated on a group basis: choreographer + max 3 dancers)
