The Feldenkrais method is a globally recognized holistic approach that uses movement as a source of learning. The Feldenkrais method is designed for everyone regardless of age and physical condition, who wants to discover new qualities in motion and in life. The lesson will be led by Marie Kinsky, who has been using the method for many years. Lessons are open to both professional dancers and the general public.

The lessons will take place on 26th, 27th and 28th November from 19.00 to 20.30 at STUDIO ALTA in a small room number 31.

The price for one lesson is 170 CZK, for two lessons 300 CZK and for three lessons 400 CZK.

The capacity of the lessons is 20 participants, we recommend booking the place.
