Our discussion will be this time conceived as a prequel to the watched performance Alien Intimacy by James Batchelor and Collaborators (AU) which will take place on 5-6. 9. 2020 in Studio ALTA and will focus on the preparation of the spectator broadening the context of extended temporalities and in-betweens of Black Box and White Cube.

In interaction with invited theorists, experts, choreographers, artists and actors of the contemporary dance and art scene, as well as with students and professors of art and other disciplines, we will deepen the common artistic and social discourse based on the references of all participants.Our discussion will be based on several references:

Discussion is accompanied by screening of the references mentioned in the text (performance: Marie Hassabi: PLASTIC, Xavier Le Roy: Retrospective).

We recommend that you read the reference text in advance and come to the Living Room of Studio ALTA at 6 pm, where the discussion of The Dance Reading Club will take place
