Tereza Lenerová
Tereza Lenerová is a choreographer and performer working in contemporary dance. Her own work treats the body as an instrument of testimony, memory and endurance, joining personal experience to formal precision and a strong emphasis on physical presence. Her choreography shies away from neither physical demand nor vulnerability, and the body in it acts rather than illustrates. Švihla (2015) and dis pla y (2021) both won the Grand Prix of the Czech Dance Platform. Nepřestávej was selected among the twenty works of the European platform Aerowaves Twenty21. Her other choreographies include Existuje dojem bytí, dissplay for teenagers and Rukavičkářské závody. Her work has been shown at TANEC PRAHA, the Czech Dance Platform, Flora Olomouc, Tanzmesse Düsseldorf, Julidans NEXT, Rencontres Chorégraphiques (FR), Danza UNAM (MX) and OFFTA Montréal (CA).
